Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. Every bag of Empower coffee is roasted after you order, so please allow about 3-5 business days for roasting and packing, plus 3-4 business days for USPS or UPS delivery. Apparel and drinkware are made to order and ship separately, so they may arrive in a different package. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as each item ships. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, use our Contact page within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
